Chewing gum versus Smoking

To smoke or not to smoke?

Smoking is cleary one of the most debated subjects in the world. Many articles and books are contributed in an attempt to help people stop smoking. Though many reseach has been done in the attempt, we can only wish to rid the world of cigarette. Why? The answer is simple, there's just too many people making money out of cigarettes. Even governments in different countries benefit from this industry. We offen ask people why they smoke? People have different answers. Some smoke "to relieve tension", or "to calm the nerves". Some gives the idea that "it helps in concentrating". All of these so called ''benefits" can be found in many articles in books or in the internet.

Now, let me introduce the contender, chewing gum.

This innocent looking piece of candy has many benefits that smoking gives (yes, smoking has benefits and it comes with health problems).

Smokers smoke when they are tense, which decreases concentration. Chewing gum has benefits like what we tend to think smoking gives, but without health problems. Below is a list of some benefits.

It EASES tension - chewing reduces muscular tension and helps people feel more at ease.

IMPROVES concentration - repetitive act of chewing gum increases the heart rate and aids concentration.

Thus, it helps in smoking cessation.

Freshens breath

Helps fight tooth decay

Convenient way of taking vitamins and minerals - fortified gum provides a convenient way of taking vitamins and minerals (from International Chewing Gum Association)

Tooth whitening

Relief for sufferers of Xerostomia

Provides low-calorie snack

and in my own experience, Chewing gum relieves indigestion and helped me burp normally.

Gum also has many different flavors.

If you have other constructive suggetions or other benefits gained from chewing gum, feel free to leave comments.

RF Online: Crimson Dawn PT Guide

RF online: Crimson dawn pt guide.

The recent update of the game Crimson Dawn introduces level 1 "soul" weapons for all races and character types. This is a nice incentive for new players, however, due to the high stats of the weapons new players tend to level fast and leave pt's in a mess. So i suggest the use of normal weapons for increasing pt and reserve the "soul weapons" for player killing.

For accretian players a clear dis-advantage is running speed. As compared to bellato and cora, with their velocity buffs. Accretians are slow, only relying on range armors. Though the race has nimble joint skill from specialist, battle leaders, which boosts running speed, players tend to choose warrior or ranger class rather than specialist.

The information below is very useful for warrior type users. Ranger armor pt requirement for warrior type users, in all races has been capped to 54/99 allowing only the use of level 43 ranger armor.

It is best to focus first on your ranger pt from the start, say level 4, or whenever range weapons are available in your lowest level. Focus on this pattern on leveling your pt until you reach the ranger armor cap, 54/99. Range/Shield, Melee/Shield, Launcher, Defense (defense pt leveling will be easy for warrior types in higher levels).

During early levels, range pt will be easy to level. So after it reaches the pt cap for your character level, (let's say for example your character is level 10 and the range pt cap is 20/20) you can increase your melee pt. And when you reach level 11, range cap will be increased (using my example, 20/20 will have increased to 20/25). Again, focus on your range pt until it reaches 25/25. Just repeat this process until you reach 54/*.

Note that during the process you might or might not be able to unlock your expert, or elite melee skills in your early levels. A good point here is that increasing your range pt early in the game will save time for you to focus on all pt's related to melee (which is all you will use for the remaining of the game.)

Next, focus on unlocking your expert/elite melee skills.

NOTE: always use monsters with full "pt bubbles" (click on any monster outside settlements, pt bubbles are the circles with colors at the top of the monster's name) in increasing any pt, especially in unlocking melee/range skills.
